Buying virtual numbers for activation and use in various services.
What should I do if the code hasn't arrived, but the money was deducted?
If the code hasn't been delivered to the purchased number, the amount will automatically be refunded to your balance after 20 minutes. You can also manually cancel the wait by clicking the ‘Cancel’ button. Important: if the code was received, a refund is not possible, as the number is considered activated.
Can I rent a number for more than 20 minutes?
Currently, extending the rental of a number is not possible. However, if no SMS is received within 20 minutes, the funds will automatically return to your balance. You can also manually cancel the number using the ‘Cancel’ button and try to purchase another.
How quickly does the confirmation code arrive?
In most cases, the SMS code arrives as quickly as it does when registering with a real number. We recommend waiting 5–7 minutes before canceling the number. If the wait is prolonged, you can cancel the activation and choose a new number. If you are using a number from another country, try connecting to a VPN, as many services check the phone operator against your actual location.
What should I do if I lost access to an account activated through a virtual number?
The one-time numbers we provide cannot be reused and only accept one SMS. However, some services (like Telegram) allow you to connect a new device to an existing account using a QR code. You can check this option in the ‘Devices’ → ‘Connect Device’ section.
Can I get a number I used before?
All numbers in our service are one-time use only. They are intended solely for receiving one SMS from the selected service and are issued for a limited time — up to 20 minutes. Reissuing or using a previously obtained number is not possible.
Why isn't the SMS code arriving at any of the purchased numbers?
We cannot guarantee 100% SMS delivery, as some services restrict sending messages to disposable numbers. In rare cases, successful delivery may require several attempts. This is especially true for platforms like Telegram and WhatsApp.
What should I do if the number is already registered to another account?
Sometimes providers may have errors that cause a number to be previously used or blocked. If you encounter this situation, take a screenshot showing the number and the error message, then send it to customer support. We will promptly review your request and refund the funds for the non-working number.
What if the service I need is not on the list?
If the desired service is not on the list, you can use the ‘Any Service’ option. We regularly add new platforms, so if you need a specific service that is not yet available, send a request through the
feedback form
. We will definitely consider adding it.
