How do I top up my balance?
To top up your balance, click the ‘
Balance
’ button in the top right corner. Depending on your location, the system will automatically suggest available payment options. If your preferred method is not listed, use the search function by entering its name.
Money was deducted, but it hasn't appeared in my balance. What should I do?
Sometimes, it can take 10 to 60 minutes for funds to be credited due to potential delays from the payment system. If your balance hasn't updated after this time, check if the funds were deducted from your card or wallet. If the deduction is confirmed, send a screenshot of the transaction, your registration email, and details to customer support.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, all popular payment methods are supported, including bank cards (including Russian ones), Samsung Pay, PayPal, AliPay, WeChat Pay, UnionPay, cryptocurrencies, and other options.
Can I withdraw funds from my main account?
