Refund Policy

SMS.online offers virtual number services, and once the number is successfully activated and the purchase is made, refunds are not available. By purchasing on our site, you accept this fact. However, in exceptional cases, a refund may be possible due to the nature of our product.

1. Missing SMS

If you haven't received the confirmation code SMS due to server issues, please contact us for assistance. Requests for missing SMS must be submitted within 7 days of purchasing the number. If the request is not made within this timeframe, the number will be considered activated, and a refund will not be possible.

2. Invalid Virtual Number

If the virtual number is found to be invalid after receiving the SMS, we may consider a refund request if you provide proof of invalidity (e.g., screenshots of two-factor authentication). The request must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. If you do not reach out during this period, the number will be deemed successfully activated, and the right to a refund will be forfeited.

3. Significant Malfunctions

We thoroughly test all products before launch, but unforeseen issues may arise. If they do, please contact us, and we will resolve the issue within 72 hours. If the defect is not fixed within this timeframe from the first complaint, a full refund will be issued, or a replacement of equal value will be offered. To address issues, our specialists may request temporary access to your server. Refusing access may delay the resolution, and a complete refusal will make a refund impossible.

4. Software Incompatibility

We are not responsible for the incompatibility of our products with third-party software (plugins, modules, extensions, etc.) unless they are specified as compatible on the product sales page. Full compatibility with web hosting is not guaranteed, and support for third-party applications is not provided.

5. Refund Timeline and Fees

Refund requests are accepted within 1 week of ordering at [email protected]. The refund fee is 5%. If more than a year has passed since the last top-up, the fee will be 15%, after 2 years — 25%, and after 3 years — 35%. Your request must include a detailed description of the reasons for the refund and comply with our Terms and Conditions.
